Written below: the fate of material that arrives at Fortify 24x7 through this shop, and of whatever fitted lines produce once running. It is meant to be readable end to end, which means naming each sort of line rather than waving at a category.
Bench copy struck 30 August 2026ServiceTrust Cyber is the trading name. The company behind the counter is Fortify 24x7, and it settles how material reaching us here, together with material the fitted lines throw off, gets handled. Where this page says we, it means Fortify 24x7.
Anything here that wants explaining should go to support@servicetrustcyber.com. Those get opened by a person, who then replies.
The dullness is deliberate. No advertising follows you away from here, no portrait of your visit is assembled, and not a single marketing script sits on these pages.
stc_cart. Nothing travels before checkout, and clearing site storage removes the lot.stc_portal_session so that no page has to stop and ask twice. Signing out discards it.Checkout is Stripe territory. The long number, its expiry, and the short code printed on the reverse are typed onto Stripe pages. Not one of them reaches this shop, appears to anybody working here, or is written anywhere across our systems.
Back travels the minimum any account requires. One email address. One trading name. Chosen lines and their counts. Health of the subscription. Then a pair of references Stripe maintains, one naming the customer and one naming the subscription.
Because these lines are run for you, material out of the systems you enrol has to pass through us. Exactly what that amounts to turns on which lines you took.
Any handling of that follows your instruction, so that what you bought actually runs. We quarry nothing from it for ourselves. Nothing from it goes to market. Settled, then, and not a promise waiting to be reopened once fashions change.
Raise an inspection, through the bench book or by writing in, and its subject, its description, engineer notes and attachments go into our service management system and stay there. Settling a problem is very much easier when its history rides alongside.
Managed work stands on machinery other firms own, each of them handling material for us under contract. Here they are by name, so that you can read what each publishes on its own account.
Past that list, nothing goes out unless a law demands it. Personal detail has no price here whatever, and none travels onward to feed advertising trailing people about.
Account records and billing records remain while the subscription remains, then survive it by whatever span tax rules and everyday bookkeeping demand. Material a line produces obeys the retention printed on its movement sheet, or settled during scoping. Spares obey whichever depth you picked.
Closing down is a conversation and never a button. Ask, and written confirmation follows: which things go, on which dates. How fast a spare copy can be destroyed depends on its platform, so the reply covers your own setup instead of offering a soothing generality.
Rights turn on where you happen to live. They can run to inspecting whatever is held, putting it right, deleting it, or refusing some particular use. Put a request in and it is worked through beside you. Nothing is charged, and asking changes how nobody is treated.
Where we hold material as processor for a business, its own staff should start with that employer. Our role is helping the employer reply properly.
Reaching inside a customer environment happens where a job demands it and nowhere else. Signing in at our end needs more than one secret. Work done within a tenant is written down. Understand all that as practice described, not as a warranty over every mishap. Warranties of that kind are a feeling being sold.
Anything worth calling a revision shifts the bench copy date printed above. Where such a change alters treatment of material we hold already, we say so to account holders directly instead of leaving them to deduce it.
